Bad Experience. Delayed shipment and received it all damaged.
I sent 8 packages, it was delayed for 15 days. I contact them through emails, but there was no proper response from them. Finally the packages arrived on 15th day. Well, not in a condition that I'd like to see them. ALL OF THEM WERE DAMAGED. I had expensive stuff on these, like apple mac computer, cinema display monitor, photography lighting equipment, microwave, home theatre system. Everything was damaged and now become useless. After receiving the packages, I tried to call them again. The secpac officials don't come on phone. Till date I've written them around 20 emails and cced to 5 people in secpac, they dont respond properly. Most of the times they avoid me, or else they'll say we're working on it. They are very unprofessional, terrible service and no customer care. They are not worth the time and money.

Hi..yes i had similar experience.
VERY bad packing and do not pack well or treat your things nicely. Am sure many things would have broken had i not stood over them all day and at their warehouse.
Secpac Gloal are also known as Southeast Shipping and VHL in the UK..all the same crooks.
I ordered private 20ft container from Dubai to UK.
The delivery was late and every time i chased the told more lies.
Found out that they opened my container and also loaded other peoples things inside after I left.
The owner Rubi ignores your calls and lies when you get him. i have yet to get my things so have no idea if all is there.
AVOID a they are very dishonest shippers. CROOKS.....

I'm surprised that these guys are still in business! A couple of years ago I had the displeasure of dealing with them and advised whoever I knew on social media to stay away from them.
They lie terribly, not only to their customers, but also to agents that they deal with in the destination countries, like myself.
They generally take their customers for a ride and then do it to other business partners they refer their customers to, leaving these companies to face the dissatisfaction of their customers. I know there are strict laws in Dubai governing business integrity so how their bosses aren't in jail yet is anybody's guess.
